MCP Implementation Services
We connect your AI agents to the tools and data your business already runs on, using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), securely and with governance built in.
What is MCP? The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI agents use external tools and data through one consistent interface. Build a connection once as an MCP server, and any compatible AI assistant or agent can use it.
Without MCP, every new model or assistant needs its own custom integration to every system. With MCP, your CRM, ERP, documents and internal APIs become reusable building blocks that agents can discover, read and act on, inside rules you control.
What Irizpro builds
- Custom MCP servers for your systems: CRM, ERP, accounting, document stores, internal databases and APIs.
- Agent workflows on top of MCP: AI agents that read, act and report across your connected tools, not just answer questions.
- Security and governance: authentication, role-based access, scoped permissions, audit logs and human approval for sensitive actions.
- Internal AI assistants that answer from your own data, with access limited to what each user is allowed to see.
How an engagement works
1. Discovery
We map your systems, the workflows worth automating first and the data access rules that must hold.
2. Design
We decide which tools, resources and actions to expose through MCP, and design the permission model around them.
3. Build and test
We build the MCP servers and agent workflows, and test them against real scenarios and edge cases before anything goes live.
4. Deploy and enable
We deploy, monitor and refine, and train your teams so they can use, trust and extend what was built.
Frequently asked questions
What is MCP in AI agents?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI agents connect to tools and data through one consistent interface. A system is exposed once as an MCP server, and any MCP-compatible AI client can then read from it or act on it.
Do we need MCP if our systems already have APIs?
APIs are still used underneath. MCP wraps them in a form AI agents can discover and use safely, so you do not have to build a separate, custom integration for every model, assistant or agent you adopt.
Which AI models and tools work with MCP?
MCP is supported by a growing number of AI assistants, agent frameworks and developer tools. Because it is an open standard, an MCP server you build today is not locked to one AI vendor.
Is MCP secure enough for business data?
It can be, when it is implemented with care. We scope every tool to the minimum access it needs, enforce authentication and role-based permissions, log every action and add human approval for sensitive steps.
How long does an MCP implementation take?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how sensitive the data is. We scope a first, high-value use case during discovery so you can see results early and expand from there.
